Main duties of the job The post holder will act as a role model for the junior team members in the delivery of high-quality patient centred care. They will work closely with the clinical lead for the service to provide comprehensive assessment and therapeutic services to older people in their homes. The post holder will work within the NMC Code, trust policies, guidance, and procedures to ensure safe working practice. We offer a structured orientation and on-going support and guidance. There are many opportunities to extend you knowledge and staff are supported and encouraged to attend both in house and external courses/training. We also have a dedicated PDN for the area. As well as supporting our staff's professional development we offer a new Well-being space, outside areas including designated garden areas as well as fitness classes including a running group.
