To be Successful in this role you will Work collaboratively and give guidance regarding all Daimler, HPP and local laws and regulations such as Policy Management, Anti-Trust and Anti-Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Fraud, Risk assessements and all GDPR related acitvities to all HPP staff & management and liaises with Daimler Group Compliance organisation. Develop close working relationship across HPP, Daimler and Daimler UK within local subject matter experts (e.g. HR, Legal) and Daimler Group Compliance (GC). Provide coordination, facilitation and oversight of key compliance activities (execution may lie with other areas), together with LCM, including: Alignment of all HPP policies and procedures with Daimler standards, including policies on limits on eg donations, gifts etc Overlook all activites at HPP which could touch Compliance and provide appropriate help and support guidance. Accountability for overseeing compliance risk assessment and audit. Authority rules and regulations at HPP. Support the malking of Compliance. Identify training needs and liaise with LCM, Divisional Compliance Officer MBC (DCO) regarding delivery; ensure with LCM that all relevant employees are trained according to corporate standards for compliance training (including Integrity Code, BPO, etc.). Oversee, facilitate an report together with LCM on compliance to MBC DCO, as applicable, independently from entity management/ management of the business unit and prepare compliance performance reports for DCO and Senior Managers at HPP Support and verify annual and ongoing compliance risk assessments for HPP, aggregate and analyze compliance issues and trends, and provide summary to DCO MBC together with LCM. Complete all required compliance checks timely and effectively and fully aligned with Daimler compliance requirements. Assure timely completion of the internal audit programme & manage actions effectively and within target dates. Therefore we need you to be skilled at Interpreting legal and corporate standards and providing practical solutions, advice and guidance on these. Strong communications, facilitation and presentation skills. Analytical thinking and results-oriented. Strong project management capability. Awareness of Anti-Trust and Anti-Corruption laws, regulations and standards including requirements of Compliance Management Systems. Awareness of GDPR and all GDPR related activities and trainings. Internal process auditing. Manage the action tracking process and oversee timely closure of actions in line with company targets to enable the continual improvement of the business Have Experience of Approx. 5 years business experience with sufficient personal creditability to exert influence. Integrity and knowledge of the Daimler Integrity Code (or similar equivilant), Code of Ethics and other relevant internal policies, guidelines and codes would be ideal. Familiarity with Daimler/ MBUK / HPP (or similar equivalent) business practices regarding Compliance relevant acitivities and processes (e.g. with other entities/ officials) would be ideal. Familiarity with automotive/ manufacturing or equivilant IMS processes & IMS systems.
