Job summary Saffron Health Partnership is looking for two Care Navigators to join our committed, and hard-working team. The role of the Care Navigator is part of the Patient Services Team. The Team is led by the Patient Services Manager with the support of two Team Leaders and a Senior Officer. We are a very busy practice, and the role includes working on reception as well as within the office. Main duties of the job Answer, deal with and navigate incoming phone calls from patients, using a complex appointment system - Deal with in-person patient enquiries at a busy reception desk - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email - Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk - Perform other administrative duties such as emailing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Accepting, issuing, and handing out letters, completed forms, specimen bottles - Advising patients of practice procedures - Registering new patients About us We are a long-established practice with approximately 22,000 patients.
