We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions while supporting the accounts team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling them to manage various tasks efficiently. The desirable candidate will be diligent, tenacious, have a keen eye for detail and spotting errors. Duties Include:
* HR duties for staff (on boarding new staff, holiday approvals)
* Answering telephone calls
* Office maintenance and management
* Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payments.
* Emails and calls on behalf of the partners
* Providing additional support to other departmental areas of the business on an ad hoc basis
* Other general admin / support for staff and partners
Previous experience in an admin or as an accounts assistant/bookkeeping role would be advantageous but company training will be provided. Mailbox Management Job Types: Part-time or Full Time, Permanent. School hours considered. 20-35 hours per week. Benefits:
