Day-to-day of the role:
* Support the delivery of high-quality learning opportunities tailored to the individual needs of students.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with students, helping to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with a professional team to plan and implement educational activities.
* Utilise and develop skills to contribute to the continuous improvement of educational practices.
* Engage in comprehensive Continuous Professional Development to enhance abilities and understanding of diverse learning needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong ability to relate well to children and young people.
* Excellent team player with robust problem-solving skills.
* Resilient and able to use initiative in a dynamic educational environment.
* Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Good Maths and English skills.
* Basic IT skills, including the use of emails.
* Willingness to learn, reflect, and share effective practice with others.
* Previous experience in a school is not essential; however, transferable skills are highly valued.
