Your roles and responsibilities:
1. Planning and marking responsibilities.
2. Extra curricular responsibilities inclusive of your daily rate.
3. Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour in the classroom.
4. Build strong relationships with students to foster trust and confidence.
5. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create inclusive learning environments.
6. Monitor and track progress of students, reporting on their development and behaviour improvements.
7. Assist in creating and facilitating interventions aimed at improving student well-being and academic success.
8. Work alongside other teachers to implement changes to the UK school curriculum.
