JOB TITLE: Finance and Office Manager
COMPANY: Legal Services
CONTRACT : Permanent
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
START : ASAP
SALARY: £28,-£39, (depending on experience)
LOCATION: Southbourne, Boscombe
CULTURE: Close-knit, friendly and supportive team
The role:
1. Oversee the finance function for the firm
2. Oversee the office operations and provide administrative support to the team.
3. Financial management, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and budgeting.
4. Manage expense reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
5. Ensure compliance with legal accounting rules and regulations
6. Oversee day-to-day activities, such as payment processing, client billing, and financial reporting
7. Oversee the day-to-day cash management operations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Bring:
8. Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
9. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
10. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
11. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
12. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
14. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to finance and office management.
15. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
16. Previous experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
