The Role
We are recruiting an HR Business Partner to be part of the newly established Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR).
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on and delivering talent management, helping the ICRIR build capability through talent reviews, inclusion and diversity strategies, performance processes, and capability plans.
* Supporting managers, identifying training needs, and advising on development issues.
* Engaging senior leaders to identify, track, and address people-related issues and risks.
* Proactively planning and advising on effective change management in the HR space.
* Collaborating across teams to develop effective diversity and inclusion initiatives that will enable the ICRIR to flourish with a diverse and engaged workforce.
* Supporting senior leaders to plan employee engagement interventions that will drive increased capability and performance.
* Supporting the senior HR BP to develop a people strategy for the ICRIR.
* Working with senior leaders to support them in role modeling our culture and values.
* Providing expertise to facilitate learning and development solutions, creating a continuous learning culture.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Level 5/Associate CIPD or working towards.
* Experience of identifying and implementing continuous improvement in HR practices.
* Experience of confidently, concisely, and effectively communicating with a wide range of stakeholders on policy compliance (at all levels).
* Highly credible HR professional experience with a strong client focus.
* Experience in coaching and influencing senior leaders and managers.
* Experience in partnering with managers to conduct training needs analysis, informing the organisation’s learning and development strategy, and promoting career progression and retention.
* Experience in supporting equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, including supporting managers with the completion of equality impact assessments.
* Demonstrate the values set out in the ICRIR code of conduct.
* Experience in using a range of analytical tools.
* Willingness to be assessed against the requirements for CTC clearance, if not already cleared.
