We are looking for a Part-time Leadership Opportunity for our Retail Store. As a Customer Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the store team, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the store team: You will be responsible for leading the store team and providing excellent customer service.
2. Coach and develop team members: You will be expected to coach and develop your team members, as well as deputise for the Store Manager when needed.
3. Ensure store operations: You will make sure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
4. Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy: You will manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.
