Job Description
3. Imputing invoice details onto accounts systems
4. Ensuring prices charged for goods/services are correct and that any discounts applicable have been given
5. Dispatching monthly supplier statements to customers
6. May get involved in some credit control duties etc
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
7. A strong academic background in a related field
8. Proven experience in a similar role within the business services industry
9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
10. Manage debits
11. Allocating cash
12. Raising invoices
13. Credit notes
14. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
15. Comfortable in using financial software and tools
