The Role Danske Futures opportunities are with our Personal Banking and Operations functions across Northern Ireland. Here youll blend studying with meaningful work that adds value to our customers and builds your experience and skills. The type of roles include: Customer Service Adviser (Branch) As a Branch Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver that outstanding customer service we are famous for You will be supporting customers day to day banking queries; assisting with their digital questions, opening new accounts, providing information on new products, manage customer meetings. No two days will be the same Customer Service Adviser (Contact Centre) As a Customer Service Adviser in Customer Direct youll quite often be our customers first point of contact. You will help with queries about our products and our services, providing an efficient, professional response. But its much more than answering questions; you are demonstrating our commitment to exceptional customer experience in every customer interaction whether thats voice or digital. Customer Support Officer (Customer Service Team) As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for a wide range of processing and administrative activities. By managing these accurately and efficiently you will underpin the importance of our quality and service standards and help ensure that we comply with important industry regulations. Danske Futures expectations: As part of the Danske Futures Programme, youll demonstrate a genuine passion for customer service, with the confidence and drive to always act with integrity. Youll be someone who collaborates and works well as part of a team, as well as being able to operate independently. Balancing studying and work requires careful planning and determination. Youll be fully supported but need to be ready to embrace the challenges, effectively managing your time so that you can perform effectively in work as well as immersing yourself in your university studies. You will be expected to use your initiative and strong problem-solving skills and will thrive working in an environment of continuous learning. Throughout the programme, you will be supported by both your line manager and the Early Careers Lead, and you will also be assigned a mentor from outside of your immediate team. Youll get time to attend lectures which at Ulster Universitys Belfast Campus. Paid study time is provided every month, and youll also benefit from a range of internal development opportunities, meeting with different Danske Bank Subject Matter Experts during university modules. Youll need to be resilient with the ability to work under pressure or when dealing with a difficult customer. Strong time management and organisational skills are key to effectively balance working and study time For this Programme you MUST have one of the below ( please note if this is not clearly evident on your cv, you will NOT be considered with no exceptions). 3 A-Levels grade A-C or equivalent (obtained or predicted or have significant relevant experience) and 6 GCSEs grade A- C / 4-9 or equivalent, must include Maths and English. If you already have a degree you can still apply if your existing degree is in an unrelated field to Business, Finance and Economics. Salary & Benefits Starting salary c £23,500. 32 days leave per year (22 days annual leave plus 10 paid bank holidays).
