Edulge is looking for an Order Fulfilment and Office Assistant for Weekends only, located on the high street, only 5 minutes walk from Chesham Underground.

You will work independently but report directly to your line manager in a fun, dynamic, and warm team environment.

We require our Order Fulfilment and Office Assistant to carry out the following duties:
Order Processing & Picking and Packing:
* Process incoming customer orders placed through our e-commerce platform (Shopify) – producing picking lists and printing address labels as well as courier labels (e.g. DPD, Royal Mail, and DHL).
* Picking and packing parcels including gift wrapping as needed.
* Coordinate with shipping carriers for timely pickup and delivery of orders and where necessary, walk/drive to the local Post Office to drop orders.
* Liaise with shipping carriers such as DPD to investigate lost/damaged orders.
Inventory Management:
* Monitor inventory and packaging material levels to ensure sufficient availability.
* Coordinate with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed.
* Take receipt of stock arriving from suppliers and booking in.
* Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records in the e-commerce system.
* Fill perfume samples to include in customer orders.
General Office Admin:
* Tidy up stock/fulfilment areas including flat packing supplier boxes and organizing the office area on a weekly basis.
* Help with any office admin tasks as necessary, such as support with customer care-related inquiries.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Ability to work independently and take pride in working to high standards that go above and beyond customer expectations.
* Ideally proficient in computer office applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Knowledge of the Shopify platform would be a bonus but not essential as training will be provided.
* Ideally 1+ years’ experience in e-commerce fulfilment/stockroom administration, but otherwise a willingness and energy to learn.
* Organized with good attention to detail and extremely efficient at picking and packing.
* Comfortable standing on feet for much of the role’s requirements.
* Calm, efficient, and full of enthusiasm, even on the busiest of days.
* Mature, responsible, and accountable for completing all assigned tasks.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
