Job Description The Supply Chain Director Northern Europe is responsible for developing and implementing E2E supply chain strategy with objectives to reduce and optimize cost and lead time, while maximizing customer satisfaction in the NE (Northern Europe) cluster. The role reports to the Senior VP EMEA Operations. Leads a team of Demand Planning/ Transportation/Customer Service and SC experts with the aim to drive standardization and high performance across NE SC operations. Also h as direct accountability of all supply chain operations, Distribution and Customer Service operations, projects, and risks within the cluster coordinating with regional & global SC E2E Supply Chain. Responsibilities- Owns and orchestrates the cluster supply chain performance (financial and non-financial KPIs) for targets are set and achieved like OTIF-D, Cost or Customer Metrics Governs the IBP process for the respective Cluster as well as own the Demand and Supply Submission in collaboration with the respective functions Owns the Cluster Supply Chain GP roadmap as well as improves in collaboration with commercial the overall GP and Revenue plans Is accountable for service / inventory performance across the SC through to delivery to end customers Shapes and strengthens SC process by identifying internal and external best practice to develop strategic plans to meet needs of the cluster Drives excellence in all the areas of customer service and collaboration thus creating a culture of continuous improvements Develops lean supply chain initiatives to ensure we maintain pace with our customer demand while protecting working capital Continuously analyses the supply chain and implement alternative strategies to reduce cost and improve performance A minimum of 7 years in a leadership role and 12 years in Supply Chain A proven track record in supply chain experience, leadership & management skills. Experience in leading regional networked teams Proven Supply Chain experience (Logistics, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Warehousing, Transportation, Continuous Improvement) Experience in budget and cost management Collaboration skills to work in a global/ regional function and a matrix organization Experience in continuous improvement across complex operations on a regional level Core Competencies- Strong leadership, including ability to lead both operationally and functionally Experience in E2E supply chain Strong process management skills to drive operational execution and improvement Ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team Analytical skills to drive cost management and control Primary Location Europe/Middle East/Africa-United Kingdom-England-High Wycombe Job Function Inventory Planning/Control Job Qualifications Essential Knowledge & Skills -
