We are looking for a Hybrid Artworker/Retoucher to join our team, blending strong technical artwork skills with high-quality retouching expertise. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of print and digital production. Someone strong in Photoshop, with a refined sense of colour and composition.
We would love you to:
1. Artwork Production: Creating, adapting, and finalizing assets for digital and print, ensuring they meet technical and brand specifications.
2. Retouching & Image Enhancement: High-end retouching, colour correction, and image manipulation across product, lifestyle, and campaign photography.
3. Versioning & Adaptations: Resizing, localizing, and reformatting campaign assets for different markets, formats, and placements.
4. Quality Control: Ensuring pixel-perfect, colour-accurate, and production-ready files across all outputs.
5. Collaboration: Working closely with designers, photographers, and project managers to ensure assets align with creative direction and brand guidelines.
6. File Management & Delivery: Preparing and organizing final assets efficiently, ensuring smooth handover to production teams, printers, or developers.
Key Responsibilities
Artwork (50%)
1. Create and adapt print and digital assets including OOH, POS, social, banners, and packaging.
2. Ensure consistency in typography, layouts, and brand application across all materials.
3. Work with die lines, print specs, and multi-layered artwork for production.
Set up and export press-ready and digital-ready files, ensuring technical accuracy.
Retouching (50%)
1. High-end retouching of campaign and product photography, ensuring flawless execution.
2. Colour correction, compositing, and cleanup of assets to maintain brand consistency.
3. Adjust lighting, shadows, and textures to enhance visual storytelling.
4. Work closely with photographers and creative leads to maintain the highest quality standards.
Skills:
1. 3-5 years of experience in artwork and retouching, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
2. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
3. Strong understanding of colour theory, print production, and digital best practices.
4. Experience in high-end retouching for fashion, beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle brands (preferred).
5. Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
6. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
1. Knowledge of 3D rendering software (Cinema 4D) is a plus.
2. Familiarity with DAM systems and structured file management.
