SF Recruitment have partnered with an organisation in Nuneaton who are looking to recruit an L&D Co-ordinator within their HR team. The role is permanent, site based, and will receive plenty of support from the surrounding team.
Salary: GBP25,000-GBP30,000
Working hours: full time site based, with an early finish on a Friday.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Arrange and coordinate cost effective and relevant personal development learning activities and mandatory training using both internal and external sources, as required via group appraisal processes.
2. Develop and administer group on-boarding programmes for new starters and internal moves.
3. Support the development of skills matrices across the group and maintain and organise training against skills matrices for production, service engineers and installers.
4. Develop and maintain an accurate group training schedule that is at all times accurate, comprehensive and up to date.
5. Arrange, produce and distribute training-related material.
6. Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and facilitators, and internal working relationships with line managers and employees.
7. Support the Academy Trainer with internal brand and product training organisation.
8. Support those delivering on the job training.
9. Be the point of contact for training requests for personal development and for site specific training requirements.
10. Continuously assess the content, quality, and delivery methods.
11. Have full involvement with apprenticeship training plans, college reviews and progress monitoring.
12. Promote continuous professional development and performance.
13. Other duties and projects that are within the job holder's capability.
