Job Title: Project Manager - Telecoms Infrastructure
Circet UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in planning and executing telecoms-based projects, specifically in pole installation and network infrastructure build. The role will be based at Indian Queens, Exeter, or Ilton.
Reporting To: Contracts Manager
The Project Manager will oversee all production and related functions of the network build, both on and off-site. Responsibilities include proactive liaison with delivery teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop a dedicated in-house labour organization/model for Circet.
2. Deliver ARBD and KPIs for pole installation programs.
3. Coordinate resources with OTLs/FLMs to meet KPIs, SLAs, and manage escalations.
4. Ensure MIS updates are maintained through coordination with relevant teams.
5. Complete and submit key client reports.
6. Serve as the initial point of contact for clients regarding field delivery.
7. Maximize productivity while adhering to company procedures, including paperwork and client liaison.
8. Provide outstanding customer service to enhance company reputation.
9. Focus on delivering ARBD and KPIs for both company and client.
10. Identify and communicate working constraints to the contract management team.
11. Create and update workstream reports for management and clients.
12. Monitor KPIs weekly and report findings to management.
13. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and within Circet.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in pole installation programs.
* Proven track record of delivering to SLAs and KPIs.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, graphs).
* Customer-focused and delivery-oriented.
* Understanding of risk management, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
* Knowledge of project governance and control.
* Experience with telecommunication infrastructure projects.
Additional Skills & Certifications:
* Ability to identify and control project risks.
* Experience managing resources involved in pole installations.
* Understanding of quality criteria for retrospective audits.
* In-depth knowledge of overhead telecom networks and BT accreditations.
* NRSWA and CSCS certifications.
* Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
