You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and Director of Sales to drive event revenue and create memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all meeting and event operations to the highest standards Collaborate with sales and reservations teams to maximize bookings and revenue Lead and develop a team of event service professionals Ensure function rooms are set up, fully equipped, and exceed guest expectations Oversee food & beverage service, maintaining top-tier quality and compliance with brand standards Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and continuously enhance service delivery Work with the Director of Sales to develop revenue-driving strategies Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold operational excellence What We’re Looking For 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel or event venue Strong leadership and team management skills Proven ability to drive event sales and exceed performance targets Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment Outstanding communication and customer service skills Knowledge of event operations, banquet setup, and F&B service standards Desirable Qualifications Leadership certification or industry awards Previous experience with a recognized international hospitality brand Ready for an International Career Move?
