Job summary An opportunity has arisen to join Belvedere Ward at Franklyn Hospital as a Clinical Practice Lead, working alongside the staff team to support practice standards and patient and carer experience. The Practice Lead role will work alongside the Ward Manager and specifically concentrate on quality and clinical / professional issues relating to patient care and support. Main duties of the job To assist the Ward Manager in overseeing standards of care, maintaining practice standards, promoting change and developing nursing practice and audit. To ensure the delivery of high standards of nursing care to all service users in accordance with evidence based professional practice and Trust policies.
