This role is key to the successful planning and execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design management and be able to handle the complexities of pre-construction phases. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the design process from concept to construction. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders. Ensure designs comply with project requirements and regulations. Manage design schedules and deliverables. Provide technical guidance and conduct design reviews. Oversee design documentation and reports. Facilitate communication between design and construction teams. Requirements: Proven experience in design management within construction. Strong understanding of construction processes and project management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Must live within a 45min / 1 hour drive of Faslane/Coulport. Willing to undergo full Security Clearance. On-site presence required; no remote working.
