Their genuine passion drives the creation of products for UK consumers, prominent retailers, and their own market-leading brands Working Hours- Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Fridays 8:30 – 16:00, who doesn’t love an early finish on a Friday?! The Opportunity- * Managing and maintaining bank accounts to ensure sufficient level of funds are held in each account * Supporting the Finance Assistant with daily cash postings as required, ensuring all postings are accurate, while considering the wider impact on the business * Ensuring that BACS payments are processed on a weekly basis * Supporting the roll out of the new credit card scheme, leading the project across the Group and ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation * Supporting the move to one group banking provider, while acting as a key lead on the relationship with the banking provider and ensuring all involved stakeholders are appropriately managed throughout the project * Performing bank reconciliations including investigating any reconciling items, reviewing bank reconciliations performed by the Finance Assistant * Completing weekly cash books and using these for weekly cashflow forecasting * Developing and maintaining 13 week rolling cash flow models, to reconcile to weekly actual cash positions * Support the Group’s strategic currency risk management through hedging, and creating currency forecasts * Work with the wider Central Finance team to produce the supply chain financing notifications, and ensure supply chain financing is drawn down in the most effective manner About you - * Proficient in Excel, with the ability to analyse and manage data effectively * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Excellent numerical ability, ensuring accuracy and confidence with data * Solid literacy skills, producing clear and professional documentation * Highly organised, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines * Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks * Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively within a team environment Benefits- * 2 Employee Volunteering Days per year * Online and High-street retailer discount scheme * Employee well-being and community support groups * Informal and Formal training opportunities with personalised online LMS platform * Charity Initiatives and Team events * 24/7 Access to Grocery Aid (Free Financial, Emotional and Practical Support) * Physical Wellbeing Benefits – Free on demand exercise hub and various gym discounts. * Online Wellbeing benefits * Free Financial wellbeing – mortgage calculators, budget tools, financial aid tools * Holiday Discounts via Online Retail Discount All applications are dealt with in the strictest of confidence.
