What You’ll Do:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, autism)
* Assist in lesson delivery and classroom activities to support students' learning
* Implement tailored strategies to support literacy, numeracy, and social skills development
* Encourage students’ self-confidence and personal growth
* Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure students receive the support they need
What We’re Looking For:
* A 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant subject (e.g., Psychology, Education, Sociology)
* A passion for working with students who have SEN
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in SEN or education is desirable, but not essential
* Patience, empathy, and adaptability
* Ability to collaborate effectively with others in a team
* Problem-solving skills to meet the unique needs of students
