We are a well-established educational institution in the heart of Copenhagen with a long history in vocational education, secondary school programs and higher education. Our international department offers our English-language bachelor's and MBA programmes from De Montfort University Leicester (DMU) and Middlesex University in London (MDX), and we are therefore looking for a quality and accreditation coordinator to strengthen our department.
Job description:
You will be part of a team of two Quality and Accreditation Coordinators. As Quality and Accreditation Coordinator, you will work closely with Deputy Vice-Chancellor Charlotte Forsberg and be a central figure in the planning, coordination and execution of various quality and accreditation-related tasks. Your primary responsibilities include:
* Quality work: You will be responsible for planning, follow-up, collection and presentation of data in collaboration with Niels Brock Digital as well as close coordination with DMU. Tasks can include developing and analysing surveys, conducting focus groups, writing reports etc.
* Workflow and processes: You will work closely with the relevant deans and other stakeholders to ensure that the institution meets all requirements and standards, as well as ensure that workflows and processes are implemented and that there is continuous follow-up.
* Accreditation work and EVA approval: As a project manager, you will lead and coordinate all activities in connection with accreditation tasks in relation to DMU and MDX, as well as the EVA approval work.
* Graduate employment: Together with our Careers and Employability Officer you will be responsible for coordinating the work with graduate employment. This means, among other things, creating opportunities for paid study-relevant student jobs that will increase the transition for our graduates to permanent work or further education in Denmark.
Qualifications:
* A relevant academic education, e.g. in education administration and/or quality management as well as professional experience in quality management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, both written and oral.
* The ability to work independently as well as in teams.
* Proven experience with project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Knowledge of accreditation processes and EVA approvals is an advantage.
Terms of employment
You will be employed in accordance with the collective agreement for academics in the state. It is possible to apply for supplements in accordance with the rules for new salary.
