As a Handyperson at CrossReach, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our buildings—and even some of our supported tenancies—are well-maintained, welcoming, and safe. You’ll be a go-to person for minor repairs, decorating, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Keeping records of property maintenance and reporting any required work.
Carrying out minor repairs, decorating, and joinery tasks.
️ Assisting with moving furniture and equipment safely.
Escorting tradespeople when they’re on-site and supporting health & safety compliance.
Helping to monitor quality standards in the service and external tenancies.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ A hands-on, proactive attitude with practical skills in maintenance and repair.
✔️ Some experience in a construction-related role would be a bonus.
✔️ Basic computer skills (we’ll provide training for online learning modules).
✔️ A full driving licence and access to a car – desirable but not essential.
