Role Overview As a Team Leader you would be in charge of running a production team and guiding, monitoring and leading your team to achieving production goals. Key responsibilities Ensuring production plans are completed effectively, efficiently, and to the required standards Managing and supporting teams while promoting a positive culture Ensuring team members are trained in the tasks they perform Maintaining a safe working environment in line with company policies and legal safety regulations Effectively managing difficult situations and conversations Ensuring all company procedures are followed at all times Supporting the department as required and liaising with other functions Training will be provided to the right candidate Skills required: As a Team Leader, you will be the main point of contact for all team members, so excellent communication skills are a must You should be proactive in ensuring smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by example and engage the team to achieve goals.
