Account Manager
This is a long-established and respected electrical manufacturer. They have built their reputation on providing excellent customer service to electrical contractors and wholesalers and have developed long established trading relationships with companies of various sizes.
The Role:
They are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible and highly motivated Internal Account Manager to add support to their busy sales team.
The role is telephone based and you will be calling existing contacts to offer support and manage customer queries. This is NOT a cold calling role.
You will be the first point of call for any customer wanting to place an order with the company and assisting customers with any issues they raise and liaising with external sales reps if needed.

Excellent IT skills with experience with MS Office, interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mentality.
Previous customer service or sales experience.
Outgoing character, with a positive attitude and strong relationship building skills.
The Package:
£30,000 plus £5,000 bonus, Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday office based.
