Overall Purpose of the Role
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all contracted food services within the unit. Your duties will encompass staffing, planning, cleaning, and coordinating food preparation to drive sales through innovative menu plans and promotions.
Key Accountabilities
* Foster a safety culture throughout the unit, ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures, including food handling and fire protocols.
* Maintain meticulous records of Food Safety and Health & Safety documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Uphold kitchen cleanliness standards, promptly reporting hazards, incidents, and equipment faults.
* Ensure efficient food service provision, maintaining quality standards and adhering to specified timelines to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Exemplify the ESS Way values and Compass DNA behaviors while managing labor costs effectively and conducting regular team meetings.
