Zenith People are working on behalf of our client who are a North-East based Manufacturer and installer and are seeking a motivated and experienced Engineering Support Assistant to join their dynamic team of Engineers. Their product range is sold globally. The ideal candidate will have a technical background paired with a passion for delivering a high standard of Customer Service involving working closely with potential, new and existing customers throughout the whole process from conception to completion. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, troubleshooting whilst assisting in company growth and maintaining an excellent reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services – Training will be given on specific products and services
* Producing and checking of Design pre installation
* Using an in-house computerised system to complete calculations
* Identify and engage with potential customers to understand their technical requirements.
* Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients and deliver on site training as and when required
* Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes and contracts.
