Vickerstock are excited to be working in partnership with our dynamic agri-food client in their search for a Technical Account Manager for their site based in Dungannon. Reporting to the Technical Manager, the successful Technical Account Manager you will oversee the Technical Customer Account base, with responsibility for safety and quality matters, relevant systems policies. What your day to day will look like: Resolve customer technical issues, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Oversee timely and accurate product delivery, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, specifications, and food safety standards. Track account metrics, conduct gap analysis, and manage customer-facing systems (e.g., specifications, sensory assessments). Collaborate with internal teams on cultural, ethical, and food safety matters, promoting industry best practices and new technologies. Handle customer complaints, ensure GMP and health/safety compliance, complete records, and support senior management with additional duties.
