This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Admin Manager and make a real difference in your community You will be responsible for the admin team in our organisation, making sure they reach their best potential. You will work closely with Operational Leads making sure our targets are achieved and children are seen in a timely manner. You will be responsible for a monthly report on waiting time figures and be involved in how we can improve on these figures with suggestions and ideas. You will have the opportunity to work on projects and audits as and when required. We need you to be proactive and effective, come up with ideas and suggestions and have great communication skills to keep your teams well informed. Due to the area you will cover and manage, you must be able to reliably travel across your patch. Main duties of the job To manage a team of admin staff. To be responsible for monthly report collating and writing To carry out annual appraisals/PDR's and regular 121's for your team. To be responsible for the recruitment of admin staff into your team To have a good understanding of IT system. To attend monthly budget meetings. To chair meetings with your team.
