Description Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is hiring a Director of Casino Marketing to lead all Casino marketing strategies. The Director will be responsible for shaping and driving our online casino’s brand presence, including influencing commercial, performance & social plans, and supporting the development and continual evolution of the creative vision, sharing ultimate accountability for the brand execution across all channels. Reporting to the VP Marketing, this role will play a pivotal role within the broader Marketing team, driving the brand’s presence in the exciting and growing casino space. This position is based Hybrid out of our Leeds or New York offices. Responsibilities Spearhead the execution of a comprehensive online Casino brand strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and campaign objectives. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all customer touchpoints, particularly within the online Casino vertical. Champion the online Casino brand internally, working alongside the marketing leadership group to guide key initiatives and elevate brand standards. Coordinate integrated marketing communications plans across online Casino-related campaigns. Engage and collaborate with teams across product, commercial and social, as well as with external creative and media agencies, ensuring alignment and gathering valuable feedback to drive the success of the online Casino brand. Foster brand awareness & consideration and drive customer acquisition, creating marketing initiatives that resonate with online Casino enthusiasts and reflect the excitement and energy of our gaming offerings. Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. 10 years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing or related creative field. Proven track record in brand design, advertising, and marketing communications with a deep understanding of the Casino and gaming industry. Extensive experience in managing integrated digital marketing assets, particularly for online Casino and gaming-related content. Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly. Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and a desire to strive for better. Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally within FBG and the larger Fanatics organization. You have a passion for sports and a strong understanding of fan behavior and team winning culture. Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings.
