The on target earning potential for this role is £31,262 / per annum based on a 39 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £26,262, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 in gratuities and service charge. Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role: Supporting our Head of Security in expertly ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, guests and people Professionally handling all Fire, Fleet, Security, and day-to-day contractor management, monitoring surveillance systems, enforcing security protocols, proactively conducting visible patrols around the hotel and across our estate Responding to emergencies or incidents swiftly and professionally, liaising with our Management and Executive teams and emergency services Conducting investigations across our estate, including planning investigative interviews, and compiling factually accurate and detailed incident reports to support internal and external investigations Ensuring the safe operations of all vehicles and helicopters on site, specifically our service yard and helicopter landing sites Assisting with the implementation of our Authorised Driver, vehicle maintenance and insurance processes and procedures Building strong working relationships with your colleagues across the estate, and externally with service providers and our local community including the emergency services, always positively representing and protecting Gleneagles’ reputation Securing compliance with all relevant legislation including General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), and the consistent and accurate record keeping of all relevant documentation and data in line with Security and Hotel policies Assisting in the management and maintenance of the estate safety and security systems, including, Access Control, Alarms Fire and Intruder and CCTV.
