Based at our Omagh Mill, the Sales Support Co-ordinator will be an integral part of the Sales Team, responsible for the management, analysis, and reporting of information in support of new and existing sales opportunities.
The Role:
* To assist the Sales Director in managing product pricing, price list distribution, and tender preparations;
* To analyse sales and market share information;
* To manage all incoming sales enquiries and assign them to the appropriate member of the Sales Team;
* Prepare and review weekly and monthly physical and financial performance reports.
The Person:
* Have previous general administration experience in a busy office environment;
* Have strong IT skills with experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
* Ability to work on own initiative and within a busy team;
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Will preferably have a HND or Degree qualification in a related discipline;
* An understanding of the Northern Ireland Agricultural Industry would be an advantage.
