Administrator and Order Despatch Coordinator - Expanding Tech Company - St Ives, Cambridgeshire - up to £28k benefits A great role has become available as an Order Dispatch Coordinator at an expanding technology company in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, the role requires good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, a proactive, hard working nature and the physical ability to assist with packing the orders. Key responsibilities as the Administrator and Order Despatch Coordinator will include: Main point of contact in the UK for email / phone call enquiries Extensive liaison with customers Assisting the Senior Administrator as required Inputting invoices onto the finance system and monitoring payment records Maintaining the internal customer database Processing and despatching customer orders Ensuring import duty payments are made Regular assistance in packing the orders, checking despatched orders and liaising with couriers to resolve delays / queries What we’re looking for: Previous administration experience in an office environment is desirable Excellent communication skills and a positive telephone manner Good IT literacy including MS Office (Xero is beneficial) Experience using CRM and sales management systems is advantageous Proactive, diligent and reliable Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Physical ability to assist with packing of orders Flexible attitude Ability to work in a small team and independently Desire to progress and learn new skills Enthusiastic to learn and progress Interest in Electronics / Tech Interested in this Administrator & Order Despatch Coordinator role?
