Role & Responsibilities
RVL Aviation is looking for a skilled Technical Coordinator to join our small Part-CAMO team. This role involves overseeing maintenance activities with contracted maintenance organisations, ensuring compliance, and optimising operational efficiency. Experience with OASES, CAMP, and CENTRIK systems is preferred, as well as the ability to hold ARC (Airworthiness Review Certificate) signatory authorisation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-driven, with at least 5 years of experience in airworthiness.
* Team Collaboration & Compliance:
Collaborate with our Part-CAMO team to ensure compliance with UK CAA regulations, lessor requirements, and company policies for F406 and B200 aircraft. Take responsibility for airworthiness, maintenance, and documentation.
* Records & Documentation Management:
Ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and management of aircraft records. Oversee daily logging of flight times, defects, ADs, SBs, and maintenance, and audit post-maintenance paperwork for compliance.
* Maintenance Planning & Coordination:
Plan and coordinate maintenance with Part 145 MROs, ensuring timely completion and accurate records. Organise work packs, task cards, and schedules aligned with approved programmes.
* Programme & Airworthiness Reviews:
Review and update Maintenance Programmes and conduct Airworthiness Reviews (ARCs) to ensure fleet compliance. Monitor deferred defects and ensure timely implementation of ADs and SBs.
* Software & Data Management:
Utilise OASES, CAMP, and CENTRIK to manage schedules, documentation, and compliance effectively.
* Stakeholder Liaison:
Serve as a point of contact for lessors, auditors, and stakeholders, managing documentation and responses to optimise aircraft availability and minimise downtime.
* Technical Support:
Provide technical support to flight operations, assisting with troubleshooting and offering regulatory-compliant solutions.
* Root Cause Analysis & Integration:
Investigate recurring technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage new aircraft/modification integration, ensuring appropriate documentation and approvals.
Qualifications & Role Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in an airworthiness role, preferably within a Part-145, Part-M, or Part-CAMO environment.
* Proficient in the use of technical management software (e.g., OASES, CAMP, AMOS, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels, with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills in English.
* High level of attention to detail and a methodical approach to ensuring quality and regulatory compliance across all technical services, maintenance, and airworthiness-related tasks.
* Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
* Holds a full, clean driving licence, valid Passport, and is eligible to work and reside in the United Kingdom.
Desirable
* Experience with Textron (Beechcraft), Reims (ASI Aviation), and Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) products.
* Eligibility for ARC signatory authorisation.
