The Role: Execute the leasing strategy on a number of Central London office developments and forthcoming vacancies within the portfolio Landsec has commenced work on an exciting new pipeline of over 2m sq ft, including a 280,000 sq ft tower refurbishment in the West End. We are looking for an exceptional leasing professional to join the team on a fixed term contract from January 2025 to help lead on leasing and customer insight across a number of our new developments and current portfolio. Salary: Competitive The Team: The successful candidate will report to the Workplace Leasing Director for London, and sits within Landsec’s Workplace business unit. What you will be responsible for: Applying market and customer insight to execute dynamic leasing strategies Working as a key part of the design team to enhance our Workspace product Providing detailed market intelligence and analysis to inform decisions including leasing deals, developments and acquisitions Manage external office disposal and marketing agency teams to deliver innovative campaigns Negotiate strong and creative commercial deals which enhance the performance of the asset and wider business Take responsibility for the full transaction life cycle including negotiation, approval, due diligence and legals Establishing and managing superb customer relationships from initial presentation through to occupation Your skills, experience and qualifications: Essential criteria Expert in the Central London office leasing market with detailed understanding of market dynamics together with the broader industry and economic context Extensive experience of being involved in major transactions (including pre-lets) A wide-ranging network and profile across the industry Proven ability to build and manage effective relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels, including senior executives Life and Benefits at Landsec We have a great benefits package, there to support you with your work-life balance and in moments that matter.
