Administrative Assistant Annual Salary: £23,000 Location: North London Job Type: Full-time, office based We are seeking an experienced Administrative Accounts Assistant to join a company in North London. This role is crucial as it involves complex tasks related to managing care for individuals with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative duties and a compassionate approach to handling sensitive situations. Day-to-day of the role: Arranging rotas for carers to ensure seamless care delivery. Communicating effectively with carers, including providing detailed instructions and feedback. Writing detailed emails to various stakeholders to keep them informed of care schedules and any changes. Ensuring all documentation is filed correctly, neatly, and labelled accurately. Create and Update invoices accurately, manage cost tracking, oversee expenditure billing, and manage financial documents. Moving around the building as required to collaborate with different teams, ensuring all tasks are handled efficiently. Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications: A few years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within a care setting. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex scheduling. Sage Payroll experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in office software and email management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion and care. Flexibility to move around the office as needed to support various teams.
