We are seeking an experienced Administrative Accounts Assistant to join a company in North London. This role is crucial as it involves complex tasks related to managing care for individuals with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative duties and a compassionate approach to handling sensitive situations.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Arranging rotas for carers to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Communicating effectively with carers, including providing detailed instructions and feedback.
* Writing detailed emails to various stakeholders to keep them informed of care schedules and any changes.
* Ensuring all documentation is filed correctly, neatly, and labelled accurately.
* Creating and updating invoices accurately, managing cost tracking, overseeing expenditure billing, and managing financial documents.
* Moving around the building as required to collaborate with different teams, ensuring all tasks are handled efficiently.
* Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A few years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within a care setting.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex scheduling.
* Sage Payroll experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in office software and email management.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion and care.
* Flexibility to move around the office as needed to support various teams.
