Position: Crewing Assistant
The Crewing Assistant will support the Crewing Team in all aspects of ROV crewing and logistics as per project allocation and assist the operations department in ensuring smooth, efficient, and successful project delivery.
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Assist in the administration of scheduling and facilitation of offshore personnel crew changes.
2. Track personnel movements for crew changes in the 'Onboard' system.
3. Assist in obtaining second passports, Seaman's books, visas, and work permits.
4. Process monthly expenses and timesheets as required.
5. Organise and order PPE for offshore personnel.
6. Administer monthly invoices.
7. Raise and track purchase orders for travel, hotels, PPE, courier, etc.
8. Update offshore personnel CVs into ROVOP format.
9. Participate in department & emergency on-call rota.
