My client is London’s leading short & mid/ term property management company. They offer landlords the opportunity to make more rental revenue, and the flexibility and transparency they need. With a dynamic pricing strategy, they smartly balance short, and mid-term lets to deliver landlords up to 40% more revenue than a traditional long-term let and they are constantly adding new properties to their portfolio.
Due to recent and continuing growth, including opening a national & international franchise partnership and a new international office in Dubai, they now need an experienced lettings sales negotiator to join the team in London to assist with onboarding and closing new landlords.

The ideal candidate will be naturally persuasive in nature, with strong inter-personal skills and the ability to foster strong and trusting relationships with clients. You’ll be an articulate independent worker, with a desire to research and know your competitors in the market. Your precise decision making, and organisational skills will help you to succeed in this role.
Who we are looking for.
· Someone who is experienced in residential, long and short-term lettings negotiations with a minimum of 2 years’ previous experience, a background in short term and long term lets is highly desirable.
· You should have a strong geographical knowledge of central London and surrounding zones.
· You’ll be versatile, and able to adapt to different personalities and types of people, our clients come from various backgrounds and have varying needs.
· Previous experience in negotiation and sales is required, you should be able to close deals independently and become a subject matter expert of the services we offer.
· You’ll be resilient, able to handle rejection well and pick back up and ensure a positive attitude for the next client you speak to.
· You should have excellent computer skills, the ability to use all Microsoft Packages, CRM systems and Calendly, Monday.com etc and be familiar with various short-term lets and holiday home platforms, such as Airbnb.
· Organisation is key, ensuring you manage your time and resources well.
· You’ll thrive in a fast-paced and target driven environment and enjoy earning bonuses and commissions.
· Attention to detail will be the making of your success in the role, along with knowing the clients inside out and their needs from our company.
· Collaborative & charismatic in nature is an essential part of this role, fluid communication between lettings, accounts and operations is key to the success and growth of the business, we need someone who can contribute valuable in-put in a team setting but who is also confident in independent work and research.
What the role entails.
· You’ll work from the company’s lead system, which generates warm leads from potential clients filling out their information either on our website or through adverts they have seen online.
· Once you’ve undergone full training alongside our current letting’s negotiator and co-owner and head of new homes, who currently look after lettings negotiations, you’ll complete market and competitor research. Generate your own leads, and complete cold and warm calls to potential clients.
· Follow up with potential clients who send enquiries and find out the relevant information from them about their property and their expectations.
· Consult with potential clients to effectively describe our services and it’s benefits and gain a deep understanding of the flexibility they need from their lettings management company.
· Close deals, sign contracts with potential clients and register them on the company's system.
· Once your deal is closed and your client is on-boarded, you’ll ensure that accurate and detailed information is uploaded onto the CRM system and passed through the workflow, the ops team take it from there!
