We are looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:
* Greet visitors, handle inquiries, answer phone calls, and manage mail and packages (incoming/outgoing).
* Maintain stock levels for office supplies, refreshments, and coordinate office repairs or setups.
* Set up meeting rooms, coordinate catering, and book travel arrangements for colleagues.
* Assist in organising and tracking equipment for client deployments and setups.
* Conduct monthly checks on company vehicles and manage repairs/documentation.
* Oversee the build room, ensuring accurate records of equipment are maintained.

* Full clean UK driving license
* Proven experience in an office administrative role
