£24,000 - £28,000 DOE + Quarterly Bonus
A perfect flexible legal position for a conveyancing assistant to work in a 'flexi team' providing ad hoc support to busy teams or those teams who have planned/unplanned absence.

Responsibilities:
1. Fill in for people who are on annual leave or absent (fee earners or assistants)
2. Help members of the team during busy periods
3. Assist management with administrative tasks - dealing with completed files and queries
4. Help manage a caseload of new build transactions from inception to completion
5. Deal effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone and in written correspondence
6. Keep the CRM and any third-party websites up to date in real time
7. Any other duties required to assist the team and others should the need arise
