Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of staff across five departments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
2. Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running.
3. Participate in recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
4. Take charge of budgeting and assist with financial planning.
5. Drive forward the hotel's expansion projects, including improvements to the restaurant and garden areas.

The hotel features 34 luxury rooms, four townhouses, a popular restaurant, a cocktail bar, and stunning outdoor spaces.
Requirements:
An Assistant General Manager with at least five years of hotel management experience, particularly within F&B, is required for this position. Stability and a strong track record in managing teams and delivering outstanding guest service are essential.
