Pay Rate: £14.72 per hour
Hours: 36.25 hours per week 5/7
As a Chef De Partie, you will work in a welcoming team and well-equipped kitchen, working predominately Monday to Friday straight shifts, working 1 weekend in 6 approx. With the opportunity for enhanced rate paid overtime.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Preparing freshly cooked meals in a well-respected defence environment
• Support in delivery of bespoke fine dining for up to 400 customers
• Running a section of the kitchen in support of the Sous Chef
• Maintaining high levels of food safety
• Representing ESS whilst maintaining a positive brand image

• Qualifications NVQ L2 or equivalent and 2 years catering experience
