Operations Support Associate For over 40 million people in the UK, spectacles are the first thing reached for in the morning, and the last thing taken off at night. Even the overworked smartphone can’t seize pole position. But the optical industry hasn’t changed in over three centuries. Products are tired, standards are poor, and glasses wearers have got used to sub-standard experiences. We’re changing that. The role We have over 200,000 customers, 17 stores, a growing international eCommerce business, and ambitious goals and high standards. The Operations Support team is the glue which bridges the gap between our different teams, with the ultimate aim of offering the best customer service in the market. You will work closely with stores, production, customer experience inventory and more - as we grow to become one of the world’s most innovative, customer centric, spectacles companies. Your day to day role will include: Support Helpdesk manager - achieving priorities and goals Offer technical support and update our fabulous stores with the live status of their orders Monitor and update WIP reports reducing incoming calls and ensuring orders are fulfilled on promised ETA helping operations to achieve targeted lead time Working closely with teams across the business, such as our production, state-of-the-art glazing lab, retail stores and customer service to proactively identify and solve problems as they pop up Jumping across a range of different systems and platforms Collate and share regular reporting on daily/weekly reports with the team Act as an ambassador for Cubitts, helping to educate and excite others about our mission Requirements Who you are: An exceptional communicator, ensuring our store and customer experience teams have timely and accurate updates for all orders Positive, and high energy, with a passion for problem solving and getting things done in a timely manner Motivated by the idea of exceptional customer service - both internally (across other departments) and ultimately with our customers Excellent attention to detail Able to think on your feet and adapt to new and changing processes with ease.
