(Approx. 1 million a year) across Yorkshire Key Responsibilities: Ensure quality finishes throughout the project co-ordinate and manage subcontractors and tradesmen. Carry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential refurbishments. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification First Aid at Work certification Strong leadership and organizational skills Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality Salary: 35k -45k a year Company car option or Car Allowance option 6.5k a year Branch Bonus – Can earn up to 20% bonus based on branch performance.
