Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment have partnered with a Chesterfield based production company their search for a Customer Service Advisor.
Job role responsibilities:
* Responsible for all aspects of order processing and customer service enquiries
* Responding to customer queries and answering telephone calls
* Provide a high level of customer service to everyone you are in contact with
* Communicate internally and externally both in verbal and written formats
* Able to deal accurately and efficiently with all types of customer enquiries, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process
* Fully investigate any issues and report accurately
The ideal candidate would:
* Have the ability to make commercial decisions when required
* Have experience working within a busy office environment in customer service role is advantageous
* Be able to manage and be responsible for your own workload within a busy and often demanding environment
* IT literate – knowledge/experience of Microsoft D365 is ideal
* Full training on the role will be provide
Hours and pay:
8 hour day shift, Monday to Friday
£24,000 per annum
