Sales Ledger Clerk - Part-time
Our client based in Romford is seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis working part-time hours. The successful candidate will be working in a friendly team environment, producing sales invoices and credit notes.
Duties:
1. Produce sales invoices and credit notes
2. Credit control of the allocated accounts
3. Maintaining the sales order reports
4. Resolving queries and disputes in a timely and professional manner
5. Assisting the Finance team with ad-hoc finance duties as and when required to assist the smooth running of the team
Candidate Requirements:
1. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar finance role is necessary for this position
2. Competency in Microsoft Excel
3. Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
4. High attention to detail to ensure data is inputted accurately
5. Self-motivated and driven to complete all tasks in a timely and effective manner
Hours:
This is an office-based position working part-time, Monday - Friday either 9:30am - 2pm or 10am - 2:30pm.
Salary:
£26k-£30k which will be Pro-Rata'd to part-time hours. Fully office-based position with free parking available.
