Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management: Oversee the daily calendar of the Property Developer, efficiently scheduling meetings and appointments.
2. Communication Hub: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring smooth communication flow.
3. Project Support: Assist with property development projects by tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
4. Stakeholder Coordination: Organise meetings and site visits with architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
5. Filing System: Maintain an efficient digital filing system for easy access to critical documents.
6. Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about local regulations and zoning laws that impact projects.
7. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
8. Legal Drafting: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
9. Financial Management: Manage and maintain financial records, including invoices and receipts, and coordinate payments to contractors and vendors.
10. Cash Flow Monitoring: Assist with monitoring cash flow and preparing tax filings as needed.
