Your role at Vertice:
Vertice is looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead and scale our Account Executive team in our fast-growing regions of Southern Europe.
The Regional Sales Director will have a key role in scaling the territory to meet the ambitious growth goals of the region whilst building a high-performing AE team. You will shape the Southern Europe (France, Spain, and Italy) region and deliver strategic plans to meet long-term objectives for your team and the wider business.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Account Executives in achieving individual and team quota.
* Recruit and mentor new AEs to achieve success in the region.
* Leverage data to track performance, conduct weekly forecast meetings, and pipeline reviews to ensure strong results.
* Manage complex deals in the region through the development of executive-level relationships to facilitate growth.
* Work with our partner ecosystem to generate pipeline within Southern Europe.
* Collaborate effectively with other teams such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to close deals and align on strategy.
* Identify new trends and explore opportunities in the Fin Tech landscape.
Requirements:
* Circa 10 years of experience in Sales with circa 3 years leading a high-performing team in a similar SaaS environment.
* Understanding of the startup landscape with a results-driven mindset to deliver on ambitious growth goals in Southern Europe.
* Deep understanding of the Southern European market and building territory plans.
* Proven experience motivating and measuring high-performing sales teams.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Fluent in French and Spanish. Italian is a plus.
