Job Title: Field Sales Manager
Salary: £47,000 - £52,000 + Commission

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for business growth? We are seeking a Field Sales Manager to manage a £1m+ turnover within the UK B2B market. This role focuses on new business generation, relationship management, and territory growth across the UK and Ireland, with some international support.
Key Responsibilities
* Increase sales by securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
* Engage with customers, ensuring top-tier service and relationship management.
* Promote products through client visits, presentations, and tailored solutions.
* Research and target market opportunities, replacing lapsed stockists.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to annual strategy and forecasting.
* Collaborate with teams, including sales, customer service, and marketing.
* Support trade fairs and events, attending industry meetings as required.
* Ensure financial controls are in place with all customers.
Role Dimensions
* No direct reports
* Managing circa £1m+ turnover annually in UK B2B sales
* Limited administrative support from Head Office
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven B2B field sales experience with a strong sales track record.
* Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
