Human Resources Business Partner - £65k - Oxfordshire
Platform Recruitment have partnered with an innovative communications company who are looking to take on a human resource business partner to present HR programs and rollouts at the divisional and site level. The ideal HRBP will also work with leaders to identify key issues impacting operational goals and offer strategic solutions. Key responsibilities:+ Analyse HR metrics and provide insights for key stakeholders. + Oversee recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and succession planning.+ Develop HR policies and ensure legal compliance. + Improve employee engagement and help create a positive workplace culture. Key Skills:+ Experienced within an engineering, tech or manufacturing company. + Data-Driven Decision Making+ CIPD or similar qualification + At least five years’ experience
The salary will be up to £65k depending on previous experience with great company benefits.
